  Independent preparation of plans for therapy and their implementation in consultation with team leaders and medical team colleagues:

与团队负责人和医疗团队同事协商，独立制定治疗计划及其实施方案：

o     Gathering of all information from the medical department about the health of all athletes and daily briefing of the team leader and the head coach

收集医疗部门有关所有运动员健康信息向领队和主教练每日汇报情况

o     Development and implementation of therapy and rehabilitation

开展跟进治疗与康复

o     Plans for injured athletes in consultation with the team leader and the head coach

与主教练协商为受伤运动员制定计划

o     Choice of therapy or rehabilitation training for the athletes in question and monitoring of the corresponding implementation

为相关运动员选择治疗或康复训练，并监督相应的实施

o     Preparation of the athletes before and after match and training

赛前赛后，训练前训练后保障运动员
